  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days depending on location.
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (additional charges apply).
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing promotions).

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery will be chargeable.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.
